In order for Pocket Logger Software's Help system to function with Windows® Vista or Windows 7, you must download the WinHlp32.exe Help program from the Microsoft web site at www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=6ebcfad9-d3f5-4365-8070-334cd175d4bb&displaylang=en
If the above link does not work, Google "Vista WinHlp32 download".
Microsoft has included the Windows Help program on all of its operating systems from Windows 3.1 to Windows XP. However, it is not included with Windows Vista and Windows 7, and third-party programs are not allowed to distribute it. Therefore, you must download the Windows Help program from Microsoft's website in order to view Pocket Logger Help on Windows Vista and Windows 7. You need only do this once for all applications that utilize Windows Help files (.hlp).
