Pocket Logger Software Help requires Microsoft's Help program (winhlp32.exe) to function. Microsoft does not include its Help program with Windows 7 and Vista, and third-party programs are not allowed to distribute it. Therefore you must download it from Microsoft's website (a free download). You only need to do this once for all applications that utilize Windows Help files (.hlp).
Windows 7 users can download WinHlp32.exe here (or Google "winhlp32 windows 7").
Vista users can download WinHlp32.exe here (or Google "winhlp32 vista").
