Quotations: We can fax or email quotes per your request. Please include part numbers and quantities.
Availability: Most products are in stock, please contact us to confirm availability.
Delivery: We can quote a ship date when you place an order. Delivery times vary depending on the items and quantity ordered, and our current order backlog. Delivery times typically range from 4 hours to about 1 week.
Ship method: FedEx is our standard carrier. Our standard ship method is FedEx Economy (2nd day by 2:30PM). For faster shipping, specify FedEx Standard (overnight by 2:30PM) or FedEx P1 (overnight by 10:30AM). An alternate, customer specified carrier can usually be used, but there will typically be an additional delay of 1 business day.
Terms of sale: We accept Purchase Orders with Net 30 Terms from hospitals, public utilities, government and educational institutions in the USA. Credit approval may be required for other organizations. Payment by VISA, MasterCard, wire transfer and C.O.D. is accepted.
International Orders: We can ship direct to customers in countries where we do not have a local distributor. International orders require pre-payment in US funds. Contact us and we can quote exact shipping charges.
Warranty: PACE data loggers are backed by a three year limited warranty. PACE sensors and accessories are backed by a one year limited warranty.
Support: We provide free technical support. We also welcome your comments and suggestions regarding our products.
