We can email quotes per your request. Please include part numbers and quantities.
Availability
Most products are available from stock to 2 weeks, please contact Pace to confirm availability.
Delivery
We can quote a ship date when you place an order. Delivery times vary depending on the items and quantity ordered, and current order backlog. Delivery times range from 1 day to about 2 weeks for most items.
Warranty
Pace Scientific data loggers are backed by a three year limited warranty. Sensors and accessories are backed by a one year limited warranty.
Domestic Orders
Ship method: Standard carrier and ship method is FedEx Economy (2 day). For faster shipping, specify FedEx Standard (overnight afternoon) or FedEx P1 (overnight morning). An alternate carrier can (usually) be accommodated, but adds one business day to the ship date.
Terms: We accept Purchase Orders with Net 30 terms from hospitals, public utilities, government and educational institutions in the USA. Credit approval may be required for other organizations. Payment by VISA, MasterCard, wire transfer and C.O.D. is accepted.
International Orders
If you are located in a country that has a Pace Scientific distributor, please contact the distributor directly. For customers in countries that do not have a Pace distributor, we can ship direct to you. Please contact us for a quotation.
Ship method: Our standard carrier for international orders is DHL. An alternate carrier can (usually) be accommodated.
Terms: International orders require pre-payment in US funds via wire transfer, MasterCard, Visa or check drawn on a US Bank. Payment of any import charges (duties, taxes, etc.) is customer's responsibility and not included in our quotations.
